4. What is your current production lead time? Because every piece is handcrafted from the frame up by master artisans, our standard production timeline typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks from the date your configuration and upholstery selection are finalized.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? Modifications or cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of order placement. After this grace period, your custom piece moves directly into frame production and material cutting, making further alterations impossible.
